Villa Monte is a stunning ocean view villa located at the top of Monte Calvario, more commonly known as Gringo Hill. The villa overlooks the pristine Pacific coastline of Mexico’s famed Riviera Nayarit, just 45 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta airport.
The villa boasts sweeping ocean and jungle views from virtually every room, including all four bedroom suites, even from each en suite shower. The most spectacular views are had from the third floor, open-air palapa, which features stunning ocean, mountain and jungle views. The palapa is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, birdwatching, afternoon cocktails, al fresco dining or to take in the frequent nighttime firework displays.
The villa also features a private heated saltwater pool, newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen, ocean view living and dining rooms, and a large family room with a 65” smart television for streaming movies over high-speed WIFI.
This luxury villa in Sayulita is only 6 blocks from the center of town, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel like a jungle refuge.

4 Ocean View Master Suites
There are 4 bedroom suites, each with a private en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main level.
Full Kitchen + Palapa Kitchenette
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen. In the third floor palapa, there is a kitchenette and gas grill.
Private Heated Saltwater Pool
The pool is located on the first level, off the main living area. It is heated November through April.
Highspeed Wifi
The casa is equipped with 50 to 100mbps dish internet, as well as a back up, 25 to 50mbps fiber optic internet.

There are stunning ocean views from virtually every room in the house, even from every shower!
Air Conditioning
There is air conditioning in all bedroom suites and in the large TV room as well as ceiling fans in all rooms and, of course, endless ocean breezes.
Water Filtration System
The casa is equipped with a total house reverse osmosis UV filtration system.
Bottled water is also pumped into the fridge for chilled drinking water and ice.
Semi-Weekly Cleaning
Semi-weekly cleaning, gardening and pool services are offered at no added cost.
